Very nice and comfortable home. Two person kayak included.. The beach is sandy and so is lake bottom. This home is cozy and clean with a very appealing deck area.. Although the beach is across the road from the house, the traffic has a very well maintained 25 mile per hour limit and should not be a worry. The views from this home are great!
